Via the perPETual app:
- With the app open, tap the far right button on the main menu.
- When the side bar opens, tap on the menu item “settings”.
- Choose “delete my account”.
- Confirm your account deletion. Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 30 days, until then you can choose to reactivate your account.
Via contact form:
- Open our contact form
- Request account deletion (don’t forget to use the same email address as the one registered with your account).
- Once your account has been deleted, we will send you an email to confirm.
We don’t keep any of your personal data once your account is deleted. We retain pet-related statistical data without identifying information (e.g. tracked symptom types and duration paired with animal species and breed) to improve the accuracy of our data services provided to pet owners.
Yes, we do plan to release an iOS version in future but we have no fixed dates for now.
