Our refund and returns policy lasts thirty (30) days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We have the right to change our refund and returns policy at any moment. Any policy changes will be publicized on our website and will take effect immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to their nature or for hygienic reasons:
- Perishable goods such as food
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
- Downloadable software products
- Sale or clearance items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Software (app) subscriptions
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, please contact us by email with your receipt or proof of purchase and we will provide you with further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or missing refund
If 10 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank or contact your credit card company as there is often some processing time before your refund is paid in. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email and we will provide you with further instructions.
